Jojo’s Litter born February 11, 2024

Jojo woke me up at 4 on the morning of Super Bowl Sunday. She was uncomfortable and antsy. She wanted to be right next to me but was having a hard time sitting in one place. About an hour and a half later, I could visibly see her having contractions. I moved her to the whelping box and within minutes, her first puppy was born. It's always such an exciting time to see the miracle of puppies being born! Throughout the day, she had eleven puppies. She took a four hour break between the sixth and seventh puppy! It was a surprise that she was still having them up to the end of the Super Bowl. She ended up having three blue merle males, three blue merle females, four black males, and one black female. What a good mama Jojo is!!
